Dear Decathlon team, on 14 January 2015, I had booked an appointment for a bike technician to come to my home to check on my bike. The appointment was suppose to be at 930am. However at about 1030am, there was no sign of the technician. When I called to enquire about the technician, the service center seemed to be clueless. I had to bring my bike to the decathlon for the service. This should not be happening when the day before, i received a reminder email from decathlon and also, i made a confirmation call there.
I am willing to do alot of shopping at decathlon and recommend to my friends. However, you guys really need to improve in area such as the service center and booking of appointment.
On a brighter note, when i was at decathlon at about 225pm, the technician that service my bike, was friendly and very accommodative. He was able to answer all my queries sensibly. Thanks to him, my day wasnt as bad as I thought.
